During your first lesson, we will assess to see if our program is a good fit for your student. We will discuss goals, assess skill level, and introduce horseback riding.

After your lesson, we will create a custom lesson plan for your student based on the assessment and determine the best frequency and style of lessons, including setting benchmark goals.

Captain Equine's Horseback riding lesson program is designed to enable horse riders of all ages to develop and nurture their passion to become skilled and knowledgeable equine enthusiasts in a safe and friendly environment. 

The foundation of our lesson program is to teach the importance of learning the right way to ride and care for horses. Our program starts with basic activities that build confidence. 

Each rider progresses at their own pace and receives one-on-one training while gaining the ability to demonstrate specific skills at each level. We build up from proven basic exercises to help riders achieve higher and higher skill levels as their confidence and abilities grow.
