Our Mission is to preserve and pass on the art of true horsemanship by growing horse people, not just jockeys.
Horses are so much more than sports equipment. We developed our lesson program's structure of learning to care for and build a relationship with the horse while building:
for our human clients.
Students learn horsemanship from the ground up, including care, keeping, safety, grooming, relationship-building, respect, and under-saddle work.
We start our students on our lesson horses and many of them grow to being horse owners themselves.
We teach students of all ages, but we especially enjoy working with elementary-aged students (and sometimes younger too!)
Lillie, our head instructor, is an award-winning horse trainer, barrel racer, and life-long horse girl. In her words:
I have always had a desire to show people who horses are. Horses are not equipment to be used, then traded out, but complex beings that have relationships, quirks, and wonderful stories. - Lillie
